2026 Royal Rangers Pow Wow
This summer we are planning the ultimate adventure for boys! In the beauty of the Wyoming wilderness, boys will experience the adventure of the great outdoors. There will be fun activities your boys will love, accompanied by opportunities to encounter God and grow in their understanding of his plan for them. This event isn’t just for Royal Rangers, but boys from all backgrounds. We want EVERY BOY to benefit from the ministry of Royal Rangers! Make plans for your boys to join in! See you there!
DATE & TIME: June 4-6th, 2026
Camp Check-In: Thursday, June 4th, 4:00pm
Camp Check-Out: Saturday, June 6th, 1:00pm
LOCATION: Esterbrook Campground, Esterbrook, Wyoming (Camping sites 1, 2, 4, & 5)
WHO CAN ATTEND? Boys ages 8-17. Adult Male Leaders & Dads.
WHAT TO BRING?
(1) Enough clothes for the trip (1 nights, 2 days), (2) Warm clothes for the evening, (3) Good Shoes for Hiking, (4) Toiletries, (5) Bible, (6) Sunscreen, (7) Bug spray, (8) Medication (Outpost Coordinators will be responsible for the administration of medication, (9) Flashlight, (10)Water bottle, (11) Sleeping Bag/Pillow, (12) Fishing Gear (13) Pocket Knife, (14) Tent.
ACTIVITIES
Activities include Archery, BB Gun Shooting, Air Rifle Shooting, Flag Football, Fishing, Camp Cooking, and more! Some activities are still being planned. Boys will also have the chance to work on and earn Merit Badges during this camp. We plan to hike Sunset Ridge Friday evening. Our Thursday evening service will be at the Esterbrook Community Church and Friday evening service at the campground.
CAMPING MERIT
Middle & High School boys will do part of the work for the Camping Merit. Some parts of this merit will need to be completed at home or with the outpost, prior or after the Pow Wow. To receive the merit at camp, boys will need to communicate with Brian Rossignol to find out what parts of the merit will need to be completed before hand.
WHAT IS THE COST? $40 per person (this includes all individuals including adults) This covers the cost of 6 meals as well as other expenses). $50 for onsite registration.

ADULT REGISTRATION– Adults registering must have completed a background check with their church. They must either be dads or active leaders in the church. All adults must complete their registration forms too. I don’t have a fancy online registration for the leaders because your pastor needs to sign your form. Complete the physical copy and mail it, email it, or turn it in at camp.
